Isn't this expensive?

You pay per active guard, per month — and only for guards working that month. No setup fees, no charge for idle devices, no every-seat licence. For most firms it costs less than the radio airtime and repairs it replaces, and it wins contracts that pay for it many times over.

Will I be locked in?

No contracts that trap you. Your data lives in an isolated instance that's yours, and it's exportable. If you leave, you take your records with you. We'd rather keep you because it works than because you can't get out.

My guards won't use it.

The device does the work. Clock-in is a face, a patrol is a scan, the radio is a button. There's less to learn than a two-way radio, and the hardest night shift is the one it's designed for. We provision, train and support the fleet.

What about our data and POPIA?

Your data sits in an isolated per-customer instance, encrypted at rest and in transit, with access-logged records and immutable audit trails. We're built POPIA-aware from the ground up, and the data is always yours to export.

Our sites lose signal.

The field app captures offline and syncs when the connection returns. A dead spot doesn't lose a patrol or an incident — the record is held on the device and sealed once it reaches the server.
